Hi, I’m Dr. Joanne Ketch, creator of Sober in the C-Suite. My journey mirrors the challenges many executives face—balancing career success with personal struggles. In my early business career, alcohol became my go-to stress relief until I found a way to rebuild my life with sobriety and healthy coping strategies.
